Never one to judge. I don't blame anyone if they are ready to flip and a glass of wine, or bottle, helps calm them down and able to deal with whatever crisis they have to deal with. Therapy can cost mucho dollars and there's no guarantee that it will help. I have tried therapy and it did nothing. Everyone is different. Whatever works for you
