This is my "GoTo" phrase when I have done something incredibly embarrassing or stupid and I can't come up with a BS excuse to justify it. It's like when you are on the stand in court, exercising your right. That's me. Hey, did you just drink my beer? I am a constant victim of my surroundings. Were you hitting on that 21 year old? I am a constant victim of my surroundings. Did you really need to drink that much and finish all of my drinks as well? I am a constant victim of my surroundings. It is kind of like "Wasn't Me" only I am saying it was me but not my fault. Still BS but a good "GoTo" phrase.
